Walking Through Grief is open to all who are grieving the loss of a loved one.  We gather in the parking lot at the corner of Selkirk and Main every Wednesday of the year at 10:00 a.m.  We then walk from their to Sandy Beach or to Jack Layton Park, and return to share coffee (and, for some, a breakfast) at the Vivary.  Somewhere along the way - either during the walk or over coffee - a reading about grief is shared.  Sometimes there is reflective discussion that ensues.  But there is always a warm welcome and a supportive group.

Every Wednesday the Walking through Grief group gathers at 10:00 a.m. in the parking lot at the corner of Main and Selkirk to walk and talk.  Normally we go as far as Jack Layton Park or Sandy Beach, and then we return to the Vivary to have coffee together.  Either during our walk or during our coffee we have a reflective reading about grief, which often leads to some unstructured discussion with people sharing if and how they wish.
