ON-LINE WORSHIP FOR SUNDAY

We are moving to ZOOM for our on-line worship. It allows those with only a telephone to connect. If you have issues with ZOOM, we will also be trying to livestream on YouTube. The information for YouTube is AFTER the information for ZOOM.

An important ecumenical action for us each year is to gather for a Week of Prayer for Christian Unity service.

This year, our community celebration will be held at St-James Anglican Church on Sunday, January 19 at 4:00 p.m. with pot-luck following. (642 Main Road, Hudson Heights, QC J0P 1J0)

All are encouraged to attend to show that we are people of one faith.

We have a small study group that meets each Friday afternoon.  When this is written, we are looking at the Lectionary Bible readings for each week.

This is a time for fellowship and to deepen our faith.  All are welcome.

Please contact Kent, our minister, for location information.  450-458-4912.

The Remembrance Day Parade begins Sunday at 10:15 am at IGA, arrives at Legion around 10:30-10:35.  Special plaques are unveiled soon after. Remembrance service begins aroud 10:50am.

A reminder that our service will be at 1:00 p.m. following a soup luncheon in Wyman Hall starting at noon.

The Wyman Study group meets each week on Friday afternoon.

We are not meeting at the Church, and the start time will be either 2:00 p.m. or 1:30 p.m.

Call the office or e-mail Kent for confirmation of time and location!

Walking Through Grief is open to all who are grieving the loss of a loved one.  We gather in the parking lot at the corner of Selkirk and Main every Wednesday of the year at 10:00 a.m.  We then walk from their to Sandy Beach or to Jack Layton Park, and return to share coffee (and, for some, a breakfast) at the Vivary.  Somewhere along the way - either during the walk or over coffee - a reading about grief is shared.  Sometimes there is reflective discussion that ensues.  But there is always a warm welcome and a supportive group.
