The indefatigable Maxime Bredt

In our little town this past year, one of the first people awarded the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal was the indefatigable Maxine Bredt. A long-time resident of Hudson, Bredt is just a slip of a woman, a pixie really, whose laughing eyes and brilliant upturned smiles are bright enough to embarrass the sun. Wherever she goes, grace and fairy dust seem to follow.
